I've become quite accustomed to their oatmeal - and they serve it all day, so I eat it most of the time when we are there (3 yr old twin granddaughters and live in the land of rain (Seattle) and must get some energy out in their playlands!)

I too use my ball as my chair for work but I don't count it as anything figure it's just good for me! But I also don't count housework/cleaning. :-) I have a Body Bugg and I can tell you that it doesn't show any marked increase in activity/burn level for me.

I did a 5K yesterday! Mine had water and snacks available before and one water station on the route. I took my own water bottle because I was pushing the stroller and didn't have to hold it. I "have" to eat there at least once a quarter (I travel for work and there is one near the hotel). I usually get just sides of veggies. They are decent sizes and quite tasty. I'm back down to pre-vacation weight but seem to be stuck at 160.2!!
