  • How about replacing one of your sandwiches (dinner or lunch) with some grilled chicken/fish and a double serving of vegetables like steamed broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, carrots, zucchini, squash... That should cut your carbs on that meal roughly in half.
  • For the protein junkies: 1 cup of fat free plain yogurt (or greek yogurt) + 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (e.g. vanilla or strawberry) + some frozen berries.
