  • Babybel light (35 cal), source yogurt (30 cal), can soup (when hungry in between meals), sugar free gum, or brush your teeth... this last one is not a snack, but stops you from eating one:-)
  • My husband also knows that I get grumpy and difficult if i am hungry. Kind of like the Snickers add:-)). But it's oh so true...
  • Thank you Mikeyboy, I haven't thought about sugar free candy. I'll try eating gum as well, sugar free, maybe it helps when I have a craving, kind of like nicorette with smoking:-) As you say, it's so easy to make the wrong choices and so hard to stay away from them...Thanks again and good luck with your goals.
