I would only consider reducing your fruit intake if you are struggling to continue with your weight loss...i.e have hit a weight plateau! Or try lower kcal fruits like berries (strawberries, blackberries etc) and the citrus fruits :)

I wouldn't say it is 'bad', I mean we all have our vices! Just be aware that there is ~32kcal in each teaspoon on sugar...so you may be adding an extra 60-120kcal of empty calories to your daily intake......have you tried sweeteners?! I used to depend on sugar in my coffee, but I found a sweetener I liked and never looked…
