the most shared public opinion is ONE day rest. right now I'm not doing any strength, but just 60 min cardio, 20 to 30 min stretching and 30 push ups as stretching/warm up. pre donation workout is great. what I dislike in blood donations is, post donation dizziness and heavy sweating.
