I continue to exercise 5 days a week at least 1 hour per day. I have started eating clean and juice on the week-ends right now.

I lost 4 lbs for my weigh in yesterday. So far for Feb my weight loss is 6lbs. woo whooo:love: :smile: :smile:

I'm with you. 2012 is the year I will lose this weight especially since I plan to be in Hawaii for my big 5-0 this year.
