  • Im just starting out as well. It is hard. I dont know how much you need to lose, but I need to lose ALOT. I love this site as it really helps me stay on track and made me realize how many calories I was actually using. I keep checking in if you want :0)

  • thanks for all your posts. I opened them and they did have that fishy smell, but I washed and washed and threw them in the tomato sauce (didn't read this till now so I didnt' dry them). It was okay. I didn't hate it, but I think I will take up the suggestion of doing them in a stir fry. I will also try again and dry them.…
