I have both DVDs but never normally get farther than level 1. But this time I'm doing '5 days on, 2 days recovery' starting with shred level 1 and doing each level over 2 weeks (eg 5 days level 1, 2 days recovery, 5 days level 1, 2 days recovery, 5 days level 2 etc) and my plan once I've done that is to repeat with ripped…

I started that this week too! Today is day three, and i am going to do 5 day level 1, 2 days off as recovery, same again next week and then move onto level 2 etc. my thighs are already feeling it but I lie, I am determined to finish the whole thing this time!!! Anyone wanna join me?

I do love running but it does not agree with my body and I am almost guaranteed a chest infection if I run more than once a week.
