I know this technically says "protein powder" but if you want a protein shake..I usually put tofu, soy/almond/coconut milk, and frozen fruit + bananas in a blender. Very easy. Very yum. Makes me full til lunch! If you like tropical; bananas, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, and some coconut oil is very good.

Wow, thanks for the replies everyone! I actually was a member of a gym like a year ago that had a zumba class and I thought it was really neat EXCEPT that it was way too advanced. There wasn't a level like beginner or anything but all the people going to it had been doing the routine for a long time so I couldn't keep up…
