thanks guys-i am actually only eating 1000 calories a day and i never eat back my exercise calories (at least not on purpose). So i was at 800 today. Settled on 2 dark rye ryvita with PB and a cup of tea :)

9.30am-hit snooze, eventually crawl out of bed 30-45 mins later go to toilet, wash face check emails get dressed, go downstairs to make breakfast-coffee and oatmeal get on with my day (i am a student so either go to lectures/settle down to some studying)

don't have any advice, but that is sooo cute! I have a king charles cavalier spaniel but i do my workouts in the gym, not at home. maybe take him for a long walk before you workout-to tired him out?

Same-i have 20lbs-ish that i want to lose. I am sticking to 1000calories a day with workouts at least every other day in the gym. So far it has only been a week and a half and i don't feel any thinner (god i am impatient), but i will be interested to see how quickly i lose. I am sure that shaking up my workouts will help.

Valentines day chocolates-of which i ate 3-totally astonished at my self control for once! They were delicious :) unfortunately my man is in another country right now so no V day dinner for me :(
