So today...
I had a little victory. Two weeks ago when i started exercising again after a long break, i could only jog for TWO MINUTES yes two minutes without having to stop and walk. Like 2 mins jog, 2 mins walk, 2mins jog, etc. Today after 2 weeks of regular gym going I could manage 6 minutes at a stretch, ...does this mean... I am…

Menu plans
So I have realised that planning is SOO IMPORTANT, but, when I plan meals in advance there are just some days when i do not feel like eating what I planned. So instead of forcing myself to eat something I don't really want and feeling unsatisfied, I have taken to keeping a bit of surplus food in my fridge. Yes, some of it…

VLCC, curves, kaya skin clinic offering 'fat reduction'
Coming from the UK i was shocked at the false advertising of these companies promising to reduce inches and fat using machines, hot belts, vibration beds etc. Any loss is nothing but WATER WEIGHT and i can't believe some people are so unaware and happily so much pay for it! maybe their diet and workout plans are effective…

so I am moving in with my fiance (our first place together!) and we both have very busy schedules. He cannot cook and would rather eat out every day than try (we live in India, where eating out can be very reasonable) and i don't want to eat out every day with unhealthy restaurant food. So i am planning 1 week sample meal…

body fat

Most people guess I am around 130lbs as I have an hourglass figure so I am fairly well balanced. Apparently 29% means you are clinically…
