Diet or non-diet related, what are yours?

Mine...

-weigh myself in the morning-eek!
-finish essay!!!
-go to the gym in early evening
-see friends in evening & bake healthy cookies
-try not to get anxious/have panicky thoughts throughout the day by distracting myself

    My goal for tomorrow is to be able to do cardio, since I've been off with an injury for a few days.

    I also want to further fine tune my diet, in terms of fat/carb/protein ratios.

    I get to visit my old house (I recently moved from my glorious beach house to a 19th century fixer-upper), and pick up a $1,000 cheque that the new owner called to tell me had been misdirected there (and inadvertently opened). So, that's enjoyable. ;-)

    I expect to have lost more weight, if I weigh myself tomorrow.

    My husband and I will get to spend most of the day together, so I hope we do something fun and memorable.

    I hope I don't do any real work, as I have done most of the household chores already, worked hard otherwise, done a fair bit of renovation work this week, and have earned a play day. :-)

    Stay in my calories goal even though I am having burgers for lunch.

    Get in some relaxing time with my book.

    Tomorrow....

    I won't eat by mid-morning snack before 10 am.
    I will clean my bathroom.
    I will do the workout DVD I checked out from the library.
    I will drink all my water.
