I usually reward myself with clothes for reaching my goals. I rewarded myself this time with a pair of shoes and a BodyMedia FIT for losing 100 lbs. My next reward will be clothes because they will be falling off me again soon lol. Better than rewarding myself with food like I used to....

Don't diet! Eat right and workout and you will lose weight the healthy way. There is no way losing 10-17 lbs in 7 days is healthy!

Totally agree! I take the pill form because I don't like the tea form. It helps with energy and it's an antioxidant booster as well.

I was a smoker for 12 years. I tried quitting several times just to start back up again. I finally was able to quit cold turkey and have not smoked for 3 years now. If you want it bad enough you can make it happen. It is an addiction just like anything else you have to overcome.

That's awesome! Good for you! I love Zumba as well. I'm down 92 lbs in 11 months doing Zumba 5x a week. I love it! So addicting!

Thanks so much for this info! I will have to share it with my husband & my sister BC they both think I'm curacy for drinking so much water. Just this week I started drinking more water & WOW I can already tell a difference. I feel everything You said describes my to a T. I also noticed my moods are better. Great article!!!
