Yeah, I kinda have the same feeling. Even if a powder seems pretty natural, it is highly processed. I have the same issue with supergreens. This is a great thread. I've been moving towards the unprocessed eatiing lifestyle, and I must say the more whole/real foods I eat the better I feel. I would say I've been about 50% converted to this point, and am embarking on trying for more like 90-95%. It's nice to hear there are others out there on the same path.

Great challenge - weekends are definitely my downfall! SW today (4/9) - 204 - up a few pounds from Friday most certainly due to the Easter weekend meals! GW - 199 - back into one-derland as I saw someone put it!
