Ballpark area 150, give or take 10 pounds either way. I carry a lot of muscle mass, so 145 would put me around size 8 or less. I'm more stringent with measuring that weight loss.

I'm 37 with no kids, but had a stressful job where I became comfortable with my weight. Then I took care of my mom until she passed away and now I'm trying to get back on my feet. I have eggs whites, cottage cheese or fruit (usually asian pear) before bed. If I do a late workout, I eat a Luna bar. I HATE going to bed hungry.
