People have their own ideas on if soda is ok or not.... of course water is better but if you want a soda and you're on a diet, diet soda is great!!!! It's got 0 calories and it really doesn't contain THAT much sodium, especially if you only have 1 fountain drink a day!!!! It's a nice, 0 calorie way to get that caffeine…

I would say a 5 but maybe an 8 after another 35 lbs. I am being honest and knowing how high people hold that extra weight against you in the real world. My face is pretty but my body is holding me back!!!!

yes... as everyone had said, more water, more fiber, and also are you using plenty of oils in your cooking or food? That helps things "come out a little easier"! :) good luck
