  • She is wrong then. A healthy BMI is anywhere 18.5-24.5 Obese is having a BMI over 30. For your height you could be anywhere from 115-150. It sounds like you are still in the healthy range.
  • I like Chobani. Evaporated cane juice is the only sweetener that doesn't come from the fruit. The cane juice has the same amount of calories as white sugar, but is less processed and has some vitamins and minerals in it. Chobani has a website and facebook page where they will answer any questions you have.
  • 18 st =252 pounds 18.71 st = 262 pounds. I am guessing that the mfp app probably rounded the st down to 18. It does that when I enter in my pounds. If I put in anything but a whole number is rounds down to the lowest whole number.

  • Sometimes I do, but I save going over for special occasions. Plus I have my goal set for 2 pounds a week, so I know if I go over it will just mean less weight loss. \
  • I use essential oils to help- lemon, grapefruit added to water seems to help. I also have added protein powder to my water and that helps. Veggies are my other source of hunger suppressant. Carrot sticks or celery are good snacks between meals.
