craziest fact I've ever heard! I believe this is what you have heard or think but it's ridiculous. Your body has an ENTIRE different way of converting food into fat. And it's the calories that you don't burn off but just like you can't lose 2 pounds of fat in a day - you can't gain fat that fast either.

this is because the food hasn't had a chance to "leave" the body and you have fluids in your stomach. The EATING did not cause you to gain weight.

I've come to a good "medium" when it comes to laxatives because when I was trying to recover/when I was recovering I HAD to have them because my body was SO addicted to them. Eventually as I recovered, I haven't needed them. I still have some for emergences - I find I rarely ever need them…

Fruits and veggies? The only fruits and veggies I like are cucumbers, corn, and stringbeans. I do like pineapple and strawberry smoothies but that's it. So I'm "limited". Thank you! :) Did you ever experience any re-bloating as a sign of your body freaking out? That's what I'm concerned about but I'm thinking since it's for GOOD purpose and I'm not trying to get rid of regular water weight; instead I was getting rid of a painful bloat that I should be fine.

And listen to your BODY! It wants what it wants for a reason! If you're craving sweets constantly then it's probably because your mind has forbidden it. Intuitive eating, for me, has been my best bet for everything.

I lOVE sweets! I use to love them even more but now that I eat them whenever my body craves it my mind is more at ease where I don't need them constantly but I ALWAYS have something that is deemed "unhealthy" each and everyday. It's all about moderation. <3 :)

it's NOT "bad". no food is "bad". It's all about moderation. Now getting large fries, big mac, and large regular soda or milkshake everyday? that can rack of some calories, fat, etc and be bad. but the smaller portions of things are NOT bad. It's ALL food.
