from your story here, your husband sounds like a ****.

the hoop i use is for adults and is weighted. i can't do many tricks yet, but i can do some. i would like to do more performance with it, though, for sure. congrats on your success!

the hula hooping makes a really big difference. i started doing it about an hour a day (not every day, but every day i can) and i've already lost about 3" from my waist (less than a month of using it). i also do it to music, though, and dance with it, and try to do tricks. i build up a pretty serious sweat, and for my…

be sure to mention the pain to the doctor. my friend who was just diagnosed said it would travel and disappear and reappear then travel, but they didn't know what it was for a while.. the doctors thought it was some kind of gout or arthritis, but the bloodwork said lime disease. your bloodwork will probably show it, but…

no, i just use a blender but the greens go in first.

mine's almost the same, but i add kale, collards, spinach or chard. for example, this afternoon we made (makes 1 quart) 3/4c swiss chard 1/2c strawberries 1/2c pineapple 1/4c blueberries 1 banana 1 1/4c soy milk 2T hemp protein powder it's about 180cals for 1/2 recipe) and totally delicious.

in what region of the country do you live? i'm wondering cuz a friend of mine was just diagnosed with lime disease .. a symptom is roaming joint pain.

if anyone asks, just tell them you have a food allergy if you want your real reasons to be kept private. it's more rude to ask than it is to lie about it. and take water with you. :)

well, they're dyin' anyway.... so why not?

i didn't bake them, i fried them but i made them from scratch (even from dried beans originally). all the herbs were from my garden, strictly organic. the beans may be organic, but i can't remember. i buy them in bulk. they're about 50 calories each and i put 2 on a half a pita.

the 64oz is based on an "average" weight of 140lbs. (averaging both male and female weights, obviously not American) the deal is this: drink half your weight in ounces. 8oz to a cup. if you are 200lbs, you should drink around 100oz (or 12 cups) of water a day.

nice south park reference! my name is keri, too!

the smile kills me every time. i also like long, lean thighs. actually, i like everything kind of on the long, lean side. not overly muscular, but not sissy-skinny. i like to see hints of bones, but not the entire thing. i love the little bump on the shoulders, i forget what it's called. and i love to see all the tendons…

i read a quote recently that said something like, "cycling is 20x less dangerous than not cycling."

all the same, you can get twice the burger's weight in seasonal produce or at least equal it out of season. :)

and after everything else you can make stock with the bones

also, you can grow many things from seed in containers ... doesn't get cheaper than that! if you know any gardeners, i'm sure they'd even give you some seed to get you started!
-
pound for pound, eating healthy food is way, way cheaper than not. even organic! just start looking at how much you're paying for junk food! if it means that you have to make yourself $20/wk to buy your own food (and believe me, you can eat pretty well on $20 if you plan it right), then do it. be determined, don't make…

the difference between 190-180 is spectacular. the lowest one is slight and probably not too noticeable with clothes on to your own eyes... but certainly other people will be able to see it. great work!

the last 3 days show only quick add calories, there's no way to tell if you're getting proper nutrition. one thing i did see was a taco bell item, which is loaded with sodium, so you may want to take a look in the area of salts zapping your nutrition my guess is that you're probably not getting the right kinds of calories…

you should consider opening up your diary so we can see if there's something tricky in there.

for me, it's really a combination. i have my kind of "prototype" looks-wise, but for instance, my boyfriend of 7 years doesn't fit that prototype even a little bit. when i met him, i thought he was cute, but wasn't really "my type" but then as i got to know him he became cuter and cuter to me every day. i started noticing…

i should add, i don't watch what i eat too much because i eat a mostly vegetarian diet which is really based in a whole-foods approach. that's the only reason i don't watch it too much, because it's pretty healthy overall. :) edit: my diary is open to the public.

i've been using a weighted hula hoop for a couple weeks and have recorded nearly a 3" loss. this is not exclusively due to the hoop, but in conjunction with a green smoothie every morning for breakfast and sometimes for dinner and commuting by bike anywhere between 15-20 miles a day, 5 days a week and 5-10m/day the other…

then ask your mfp friends....

for the exotic stuff, like the algae, you'll need to check health food stores or whole foods if you don't have any mom & pop hf stores around. but many many foods you can find at your local market are superfoods when not cooked. this part: Green leafy vegetables - Green leafy vegetables are so readily available and so…

but really, any food that is not highly processed could be considered a superfood.
