  • I believe every restaurant should post their calories next to the prices. Make it a little easier to choose the right food for our body. You can always make good choices or splurge occasionally, but it will still be our choice. Kudos to Panera Bread for doing it.
  • It might help with holding the heat in your core and in turn burn more calories. Also you will get a little back support. It also holds that excess skin/fat back. I don't have one and don't wear one. These are just pure speculations. I don't see any harm in wearing one. I might try it too.
  • A body in motion tends to stay in motion :smile: It is a good thing. Mind you, I am no expert...Take a half hour walk, practice yoga, play with kids, clean house or something that doesn't feel like exercise, but is still activity. That will help you in every aspect.
  • I prefer the one where you bring the water to a boil, pour the oatmeal in and let the mixture come to boil, turn off the stove and let it sit overnight on the stove.   • Don't be discouraged by what the scale says or for that matter what anyone else says. Just know that if you are eating right and exercising, it doesn't matter what the scale says, you are getting healthier. That is our ultimate goal... Weight loss is just a side effect :)
