  • Day9: 35+ Minute Superset Arms and Cardio Workout This was a good video. Full body workout focusing on the arms which is what I needed after yesterday's leg workout. There is just enough cardio to get your heart pumping. Minus the Burpees, this was a great day! WorkoutComplete
