8 WEEK FAT LOSS PROGRAM ROUND 5
Any info?? Kelli and Daniel released their 5th round a few weeks ago. Just wondering if anyone has tried it out...It's about that time I get off my lazy *kitten* and get back to exercising regularly and I'm not sure if i will redo the Busy Program or venture to a new one...

Back at it!
Did my first Fitness Blender workout again today...Yay me! Picked Daniel's 22 minute Quiet Cardio workout. Definitely need to get back at this and eliminate this huffing and puffing!

MEAL PLANS
I haven't purchased any of these. I'd have to go with the original (omnivore) plan as I am not a vegetarian or a vegan. However, after glancing thru all 3 plans, I see lots of foods that I have never eaten and am not sure I would like... I am not an adventurous eater! Anyone using the meal plans?

I have started this twice now and am into Week 1: Day 1 was tough! I had done the Physical Fitness Test twice so I decided to do a different Video: Kelli's Calorie Torching, Muscle Building and Fat Burning Workout. WOW! What a workout! 4 and 8 WEEK FAT LOSS PROGRAMs FOR BUSY PEOPLE
I started the 8 Week Program in March and finished it right before my brother's wedding in mid-May. Compared to Round 1 and the Low Impact Program, this is my favorite one! Partly because I am a lazy exerciser and the 30 minute workouts are perfect for me. But my body needs longer workouts to get more results.
