Did my first Fitness Blender workout again today...Yay me! Picked Daniel's 22 minute Quiet Cardio workout. Definitely need to get back at this and eliminate this huffing and puffing!

Just had time for a 20 minute Sworkit workout. Did abd and legs followed by some yoga and stretching. Not sure how much Fitness Blender I'll get in with the next 5 days working 8am to 9pm... Happy Exercising!0
