Day 3 is done on this beautiful Tuesday morning... Just the perfect little boost of energy before I start my day- I am a procrastinator when it comes to exercise (but I always get it done). These little challenges are just what I needed to get into a morning exercise routine. I love to stay in bed for as long as I can so 30 minutes or an hour of exercise just doesn't seem to fit when I can be snoozing!

I agree with the sleep thing. i hit snooze 1 to many times & it messes me up.0 -
I didn't have access to the internet over the holiday weekend, so I missed day 1 & 2. But I'm jumping right in with Day 3 - done.
Used 25 extra lbs for the lunges, and did the pushups in sets (15, 15, 10).0 -
