Yeah, I need motivation. Doing Stronglifts today, but am pretty tired already. I'm hoping there isn't a big crowd at the gym so I can get it in and get out. I'll be pretty busy the rest of the week, so I need to make sure I really put in work before the 4th of July.

Love that idea. I usually do some of the challenge of the day exercises in the bathroom. I use the last stall or wait and go to an empty bathroom. Lol. I told a co worker and she did like 30-50 squats in the bathroom yesterday. I also take the stairs during my errands, and try to do chair dips when no one is around.

Amazing before and afters ladies! I am 5'8 (grew a half an inch since last year...or was it my hair :-) ) and my goal is mostly focusing on losing inches rather than weightloss. I do exercise during TOM. I do not use pads. I use tampons regardless of if I'm working out. Use whichever is most comfortable for you. I don't get cramps and etc, so it's just like any other day in the gym for me. If I do happen to feel uncomfortable, I can always exercise at home. Exercising during TOM is not harmful to…
