This post made my morning. My coworker who is an avid fan of Chobani was eating Fage and confirmed that it is indeed better than Chobani. I will definitely be trying it soon.

I know hard-boiled eggs aren't hard to make, but I hate boiling eggs. I don't have a steamer so this method won't help me much. I know I just need to take my time, and pay attention and not let my eggs over cook. One time I left my boiled eggs in the pan so long the water cooked down and the egg popped out of the pan!…

Are you tracking your food? Exercise alone will not make you lose weight. You need to evaluate what you are eating and make sure you are not overeating and/or not eating enough.

I cut my eating off at least 4 hours before bed all last week. Wohoo!

I agree. Gum is a good alternative. I know some have flavors like your favorite food/sweets which is helpful. I also recommend brushing your teeth after your meal too, and drinking a glass of water behind it. You should feel full, and you won't even want to put anything in your mouth for a while that will taint that fresh…

1 Cup - Fruit Loops, 2 boiled eggs, 2 Strawberry Waffles this morning. I went IN this morning! I'll scale back for the other two major meals. ....Oh, and it was donut day, so I had 1 Krispy Kreme Doughnut! DON'T JUDGE ME! :blushing:

^this! Totally depends on the person. I love mines, and my family and friends help motivate me to reach my goals and surpass them. I know I move much more than I did without one. I still rely on MFP for food, and inputting exercise. I use a HRM to track my burn.
