It's unfortunate that Cool whip contains high fructose corn syrup....thinking the Chobani yogurt and peanut butter is a much healthier option

I have a Gymboss timer. Check out their website for more info on how you can utilize one in your workout http://www.gymboss.com/ Another option could be a timex ironman watch that has the interval time function option. Hope this info helps :)

I would look at your fiber intake. Too much of that for me doesn't settle well. Eat simple meals, bagel w/pbutter is a good one. Bananas are great too. Also, don't forget to stay hydrated before, during and after your longer runs.
