Peanut Butter/Coolwhip treats

Just take a tub of fat free cool whip and stir in 3 tablespoons of peanut butter. Spread in small cake pan and put into freezer, cut into squares when ready to serve. keep in freezer and eat as wanted. 2 WW points for this treat.

    I mix peanut butter and plain chobani and put it in pastry bag. I squirt little bite size pieces onto a baking sheet and freeze. Theyre like little candies, but only about 15 calories each.

    It's unfortunate that Cool whip contains high fructose corn syrup....thinking the Chobani yogurt and peanut butter is a much healthier option
