    It's unfortunate that Cool whip contains high fructose corn syrup....thinking the Chobani yogurt and peanut butter is a much healthier option

    I mix peanut butter and plain chobani and put it in pastry bag. I squirt little bite size pieces onto a baking sheet and freeze. Theyre like little candies, but only about 15 calories each.

    I think I love you for this brilliant idea!! So many options just went thru my head!
