I shred the chicken and put it in a pan on the stove, add a jar of my favorite salsa (depending on how much chicken you have) and I have chicken taco's or put it on my salad. :) Chicken and 2% cheese quesedilla's... :)

My suggestion is to find a friend to join your gym and the both of you go to the class together. Get there early enough to go to the back of the room, so you don't feel like everyone behind you is watching you, etc. You can do this. The best thing is that once you start a class and change up your routine, it will jump…

OK. So, I just changed my settings back to sedentary and it says for me to eat 1280 calories a day. When I went to the suggested website, I entered in all my information for my BMR and it says I need 1516 calories. I'm so confused and I really don't know which route to take? UGH!

The same thing has happened to me and I'm still trying to figure out what to do. I have lost inches for sure...but, the scale isn't moving at all since January. I personally like to have some all natural peanut butter on celery, sliced tomato with some lemon pepper on it, boar's head ham with light cream cheese & chives rolled up in it, hard boiled egg, protein fruit smoothy... Hopefully, these might help...I'm interested in what others post as well. :)
