Settings regarding activity
I'm kind of confused as to what I should have my settings at. I sit at a desk Mon - Fri. for 8 straight hours, except to get up and potty and get my lunch from the frige. Hi! I'm 47 trying to get myself back in shape and get healthy again. It's certainly taking some time and it's coming off very slowly. SODIUM INTAKE - HELP!
UGH! I just realized I can add the catagory "sodium" to my food diary and it's freaking me out!! I didn't realize how much sodium was in a boiled ham slice.
