I just finished the 4th week of insanity and i love it. It is definitely hard, but worth it. You might want to exercise for a few weeks before you start it though. That would help.

I have lost over 90 pounds over the past 6 months, and I love sweets. I don't want a vacation or new clothes or anything (Even though I am going to have to buy new clothes. I have lost 64 pounds and NOTHING fits) But I plan on buying an ice cream cake and eating the whole thing!!! (Or at least until I get to sick to eat any more)
