You are probably changing body fat to muscle which weighs much more. Think you are also way below your calories with the excercise. Too little can have the opposite effect, thus body will hold as it thinks it's being starved.

Don’t give up, keep it going. I hit a stall for a few weeks. Same as you doing everything I should stayed below my calorie count. Started to lose weight again now, glad I didn’t hit the high cal foods. Take time to reflect on why you’re doing this. It will be worth it in the end.

Last time i purchased a suit, really struggled to get one too fit, had to go to the mighty section lol. Hopefully i can steer clear and just go to the regular section.

i have had a same experiance 45ld in 8 weeks although slowed down now, think i have plauteu at the moment. if you have lost mostly water, so what still a great incentive, keep up the good work. :smile:

Thanks all for the comments, Regarding exercise i had'nt really exercised other than plenty of walking which is the norm in my line of walk. That said i have just started cross training 15 minutes morning & night, will increase slowly as fitness retuns. As i started @ 139kg. This is not a diet for me, it;s a change in life…
