3 days a week with the trainer and in the evening. 1-2 days on my own. It's good motivation...You should try it! No lifetime fee at my club just month to month.

My gym membership is only $20/month and they have some as little as $10/month. I got a deal on the lessons with the trainer, I bought package. It runs out soon but it got me started, it gives me added motivation. MFP helps me with the snacking I think and helps me make better choices.
