People didn't start noticing I lost weight until I hit around 20lbs lost. I've only gone down 2 clothing sizes after losing 25 pounds. People seem stunned when I tell them i've lost 25 pounds because they always make comments such as "where did you even have 25 lbs to lose"

Nope I never "reward" myself with food, I like to think i'm a human and not a dog. For rewards I like to pick things such as new workout clothes, heart rate monitor, sneakers, etc.

It varies, I just recently started being active in the forums so i'm slowly gaining friends lol.

I usually do a day or two in advance. I do a lot of meal prep & have my meals packaged to go in containers for work. This helps me plan out my week & keep track of my calories. If it's already in my diary I feel like i'm less likely to cheat with bad stuff!

5'11.5" here! Current weight is 154.5. I'm happy where I am weight wise, just want to change my composition up a bit. Increase muscle mass & decrease fat slightly.

Foam roller works wonders. I find that even if my muscles are sore (especially legs) if I do some sort of cardio it helps ease the stiffness afterwards.

I own a pair of the realflex fusion TR. They work great for running, weight training, cardio machines. They're super light on your feet and I didn't get blisters while breaking them in which has happened with every pair of sneakers i've owned.

I have a pair of Reebok Realflex Fusion TR that I use for weights, elliptical, treadmill, spin class & they're awesome. Super lightweight, flexible & comfortable. I've had them for 6 months or so & they've held up great.

I've noticed women tend to be catty or make snap judgements if they see someone pretty. I tend to avoid the "mean girls" and the snarky comments they make about other females.

Even though i'm at my goal weight, I still have some of my lower "pouch". It is getting tighter & flatter from the side view. I'm just going to keep working at it and hope that it continues to improve.

I love love love kettlebells! I've incorporated them into my workout routine and i'm seeing more definition in my arms, plus they're tons of fun! I use a variety of weight depending on the exercise i'm doing. I'm fortunate that my gym has a variety of weights available.

For me it's later in the evening, usually when i'm catching up on a tv show or reading. That's when I get the urge to snack.

Drives me nuts when people say why are you eating only healthy food, you're thin as it is. I eat healthy food because I like it. I go to the gym because there's some body composition changes I want to make & I like the way it feels. I don't make comments about them being chubby & constantly eating fast food at work /end…

Packed healthy food for my 12 hour shift at work, on par for my water intake for the day, hitting the weights during my lunch break in 1.5 hours and planning on doing 30 mins on the treadmill tonight!
