Cookies. Once I get into the bag of cookies I can't stop. I don't generally keep them in the house otherwise I know i'll binge & kill my calories for the day.

Prowler Sled! I love it for doing sprints & loading up on weights. I definitely feel it working my legs.
-
I do stretch before & after, take a fish oil, as well as use a foam roller to help with DOMS.

Now that i'm at my goal weight i'm bumping my calories up. I've been averaging about 1400 while losing weight. This week i'm bumping it up to 1600-1700 and then the week after increase even more.

Yikes!! When I calorie zig zagged I rarely dropped below 1200 on my low days.

Pass, not into females lol

I would pick a girl guide cookie. I've crumbled one up before & added it to my steel cut oats. YUMMY!

If I run at a fast pace for 30 mins I burn nowhere near 900. . I would say that amount isn't accurate.

I've done calorie zig zagging for a few weeks and it got me off a plateau. I made sure that my higher calorie days were on leg days and lower calorie was on my lighter weight days. I've also done carb cycling as well. I think i'm going to do another carb cycle for 2-3 weeks soon.

I count them because quite often i'll add my "healthy fats" to salads - almonds & avocados. Even though it may not seem like much, the small calories add up really quickly.

I used to have cheat days & meals and it would lead on me on a downhill spiral. Now if i'm craving something like a 2 bite banana bread choc chip muffin... i'll have it. I find a small splurge like that (120 cals for 2) curbs my craving & I still keep my calories & macros in check.

When I start retaining water I drink more to help flush it out. When it's the TOM and I feel completely bloated I drink the skinny tea from David's Tea. I find it helps with my water retention & bloat as well.

IMO I don't think 5" in 4 weeks is a sensible goal.
-
I use Allmax Hexapro Vanilla Milkshake. Blends awesome with fruit & also great just with water but I usually have it with unsweetened almond milk.
-
I do! I use a Cat Cora digital scale that I got at walmart on sale for $19. I usually have 3oz of chickens in my meals. Before I used to think I was eating 3-4 oz when in reality it was 7-8. My scale was a great investment.

Liquid egg whites - can make a variety of things that incorporate these, cottage cheese.

Frozen chicken in bulk, liquid egg whites.... I generally have 1 shake a day as a meal replacement post workout.
-
I tried making a chicken stirfry with them once, epic fail. They had zero taste and were blah. Most likey just the way I prepared it but I haven't purchased them since.

Nap is done. I feel somewhat human now. Just under 4 hours to go.
-
Thanks everyone! It was a pretty awesome feeling to hit the goal. Just kept setting small ones along the way and then BAM!

I buy frozen chicken breasts and I go based on what it says on the package. For the chicken I use 3oz is 120 calories.
