Some things i've used for a reward are: lululemon workout clothes, isobag lunch bag, gym bags, new sneakers, new hairstyle/colour

F) I avoid them. I try to limit processed foods. I find it easier to spend 1 day a week doing food prep and separating it all into individual containers which are always kept in my fridge. Grab one and voila I have chicken, veggies & sweet potato.

For a macro split I tend to lean towards 40% protein, 30 % carbs, 30 % fat. When I hit a plateau i'll carb cycle for a week or two and I find that gets me over the hump.

I wear a hat once in awhile. Usually when i'm having an absolute horrible hair day and plan on hitting up the treadmill.

I love spinach salads, make egg white/spinach/pepper muffins, add it to smoothies.

I've tried several different kinds and Opti-Women is my favorite. 2 pills a day :)

Have you lost any weight at all or have you been keeping track of measurements?

I really like the taste, especially with sugar free salsa on top. For seasonings i'll use either Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle or FIesta Lime which adds some extra kick to them.

Making great progress!

I love Amy's soups! I always keep cans on hand if I need to grab a quick lunch. Lentil is my favorite.

Woohoo congrats!

They get zero eye rolls from me. Just smiles of encouragement :) I have some heavier friends who have admitted to me it's a psychological battle to drag themselves to the gym and feel comfortable. They get nothing but kudos from me.

Packed healthy food to last me through the day at work, taking my lunch break at the end of my shift so I can hit up the gym for an hour before picking up my daughter from daycare.

I do planks daily. I do 2-3 & 2 minutes each. My goal is to eventually be able to do 1 for 5 mins.

I use Nectresse (made by Splenda). 100% natural & made from Monk fruit. I pick up the little containers from Target. Also comes in little packets. Right now the target website also has a printable coupon for $2 off :)

My usual smoothie is: 200ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 scoop allmax hexapro vanilla protein powder 1 scoop Magnum Performance greens 1 medium banana Throw in some frozen fruit (usually a berry mix)
-
For protein powders I love Allmax Hexapro Creamy Vanilla Milkshake & Isogold Peanut Butter Chocolate. The allmax vanilla mixes great with everything & Isogold PB tastes awesome even with just water.

Awesome hourglass figure!

I used to feel that way but I tell myself my body needs a chance to recover. I'll usually spend my rest day pampering myself because I deserve it! lol
-
I'm thinking about all the stuff I have to get done on my days off. The list is massive!
-
I drink 2 water bottles full per workout (26oz in my water bottle) so approx 6.5 cups. I'm always super thirsty when I work out. In a day I drink a gallon or more of water.
-
I always use non fat greek yogurt & epicure summer berry dip mix for my fruit dips. Super tasty and even my daughter loves it.

I decided to add the greens as a supplement to my diet & not a replacement. I eat plenty of greens as it is but could always benefit from more. I added it to my shake today and could barely taste it, phew!

Nap room is kind of like a large closet with a recliner in it and storage stuff lol. It gets the job done though (I work in police dispatch)
