I tend to cheat when I have a sweet tooth craving. To help curb this I always keep frozen fruit in the freezer and munch on a few of those when the craving hits. I keep dark chocolate around as well when I MUST have something.

If I use ground turkey or beef i'll cook it first. If i'm making something with shredded chicken i'll defrost the breasts and then put them in raw.

There's a hike I do that burns approx 1000 cals in a 90 min period. It's a steep incline and it gets my heart rate up. Definitely not impossible to burn 900 cals per workout.

Resisting the yummy rice krispie squares that a coworker made. It would throw me over my calories for the day and with me it's a downward spiral once I start indulging my sweet tooth.

I love TRX!! I use it at least once a week to add a bit of variety to my workouts. At first I was pretty skeptical just using body weight but was amazed at the awesome workout that I get.
