  • You look FANTASTIC!! Great job!! I hope that I can post a half way picture sometime in the near future! Great job!!
  • You can do it!! I know it seems like an impossibly daunting task, but, when things get tough just look at a picture of your kids, your significant other, and just think about how much you want to be there for them when they hit the big milestones in life, and how you want to grow old with your S.O.! You can do it! And if…
  • You're doing GREAT! I think that one of the reasons you think you have a "long way to go" is because you see yourself every day! I'm sure that if you took a few pictures of you now, and look at some pictures of you from back then, you will see a big difference! We all do! :-)
  • My favorite is the vinegar recipe. Except I always use onions and black pepper and soak it over night. Mmmmmmm I also put them on salads, just eat them, feed them to my dogs (Yes... even my dogs eat healthy... LOL), all kinds of stuff!

  • Hi Candice! I'm also 30 and need a change! Good luck!!
  • Stephanie, I'm right there in the boat with you sweetheart! When I weighed myself and I was almost 200 pounds, I was shocked! I stood there for a while looking at the scale and wondered "how the hell did I get here?" I decided that this year, I wanted to be back in the shaoe I was in 2006 when I moved to North Carolina at…
  • Well... I have until right around 10November. Think I can lose around 50 pounds by then?! LOL I actually don't care what my weight is... I just don't want to be OVERWEIGHT any more, and be slender again. When I first moved to North Carolina, I weighed 140 pounds. I started working at a call center, but I was still…
