Typical: I like beer, don't always listen well enough, and fart out loud. Break the mold: I sometimes cook and almost always do the dishes, also I enjoy shopping.

I absolutely love bagels !!! I know their not the healthiest food but as long as you don't cover them in awful stuff their not too bad..... I think. I usually just put some honey or peanut butter on mine.

Yeah I don't live on campus but it's about an hour to walk there and back so that's at least a little bit of exercise each day. I never eat at school either, I pretty much just use the cafeteria for a coffee bar, haha. My biggest problem though is finding time to work out, with school and work I stay pretty busy. The time…

Yeah it sucks starting back over again. I lost almost thirty pound and got lazy, and now it's back. Welp at least we already know we have it in us and hey any nice pictures you hav of yourself can be great motivation to get moving in the right direction again !!!

Yeah consistency is definitely what it's about. Start simple and small, above all don't overdue it or you'll get burned out. Once you sart dropping a few pounds it becomes easier to stick with it.
