Is anyone else going back to school this week ?? I gained alot of the weight I'm currently working on loseing last semester so I've gotta be extra careful now with classes starting again. What are some things other students are doing to stay the course in their healthy lifestyle ???

Anybody have some simple low calorie protein shake recipes ?? I'm looking for something easy to make as a breakfast replacement or just a nice midday snack. Any ideas ???

Got way off track.....
It's been awhile fitness pals. So I had lost around twenty five pounds with this app over ther summer, which is great !!!
