I've noticed Mens derby is all about the Shoulder checks compared to Derby. there was a mens mixed scrim near me this weekend. I so wanted to go but I haven't passed minimum skills yet :(

I love me some Mens derby. Only seen one bout (Bristol Vice Quad Vs MK Quads of War) but it was pretty brutal, and fun! I'd love to form a team but there aren't enough men in our area. For Warmup I love doing Circle of pain, good core workout and good bonding excercise (you can be as mean or as lenient as you want) particularly if Ive got a cardio workout before practice starts

"Good" brand Hemp protein powders are good (if you can get them where you are). Add Soya Milk, a couple of bannanas and some Kale. Thats a common one for me.
