my issue is not the calories in the drinks themselves....in fact on most nights out (I only drink socially) I actually lose weight the next morning because I have been dancing so much. However the next day when I'm tired/hangover I then want to eat crap and will pretty much eat all day and of course not exercise. so very…

Hello all :) I just got the 30DS and am going to start it tomorrow evening. will post stats then. does it have to be done everyday?? i have a very hectic and all over the place life so there are going to be at least 2 nights a week when i might not be able to do it. does that matter?

hey i'm 5'4 and weigh 145lbs (well i weighed 143 but seem to have gained an evil 2lbs over the weekend but i think it is water weight as i didn't eat too badly!!!!!) i'm looking to lose 15-20lbs :) will add you x

love it, and will probably use it in moderation for the rest of my life. would have a spliff over a beer anyday. and i dont get the munchies.

Great advice :) It may feel easier to just stay on the sofa and keep eating what you think you want to eat....but if this lifestyle is not making you feel good about yourself then trust me, it is easier to start a new way of life, even if it does feel daunting. You will thank yourself for it!

I do because my daily calorie goal is pretty low (1200) and if I've exercised it just doesn't seem enough! I try to stay under by a little bit though :)

ooh we are very similar height and weight....i think i am 65kg at the moment though :( that sounds all good to me, if you are losing what you want to lose and you feel good then stick with it! x
