I am 5"5 (163 cm) and currently weigh 62.5 kg which makes me a good BMI and an average weight however I have a small frame and this size doesn't suit me. I'd like to drop to 50kg. I am doing one hour of cardio (a mix of running and power walking) four times a week and am doing weights two days a week. I only eat between 1000-1200 calories a day and I am a vegetarian. I drink 2-3 liters of water a day. I have been doing this for one month and have lost 3 1/5 kg's so far. I'm hoping the weight loss will pick up soon... Do you think this is an effective method? I've noticed some great visual improvements and am fairly happy with where it's heading. I'd love to hear your methods!

I'm 5'6'' and my goal is also 50-52 kg! Currently at 57.5 kg. I don't carry my weight well either!
I do cardio 3 times a week, running or spinning. I also do weight-lifting classes with low to medium weights and many repetitions. I need help with the muscle stuff.0
