Why don't you sync your fitbit and mfp? I have my mfp goal set to 1000 cals and then it goes up as I move throughout the day. I usually eat up to 1500ish. I would sync them and eat what it says. It has worked for me!

I agree. I started/stopped on and off because I was running too fast. At 205lbs and 5'2 I couldn't run at 6mph. I run at about 5.1 now. :wink: Find a pace that works for you. My daily goal is 11,500 steps with a burn of 2500 to 3000 cals. : ) I think my top steps are 18000. You can do it!

I've gotten really good at cooking for my husband and cooking for me. Sometimes I have to make two completely different meals, but hey... he works manual labor and eats 3500 to maintain. Good job sticking to your goal!

What really helped me was making my diary public. I felt like if other people would find out about those donuts or ice cream I was secretly eating it wouldn't be...well.. a secret... I just let it sync. If you go on fitbit connect some people tell you to log to MFP manually, but Im always scared of double counting so I just let it sync. There is a fitbit group on here if you have more questions!

I have MFP set to 1200 cals and then have it sync with my fitbit. So my movement is added to MFP throughout the day based on my movement. Its amazing.

5'2 200lb :sad: I wear a HRM and burn between 750-950 for an hour.

Maybe you need to eat more! If your actually burning 2000 cals in exercise, plus living, 1500 cals isn't enough to feed your body! Just my sense.

Its not all generally in one activity of workout. I bought the Zumba exhilarate DVD set and an hour of doing a Zumba DVD is anywhere from 500-800 calorie burn. Right... but according to all of this, my net calories today are 800. So I guess my question is if that is okay? Because I've actually eaten 1600 but burned 800 in activity. And there is no way I can eat more today.
