Hello all! OT student here! Love more student friends!

Agreed. I have the zip its 60$ at Target. Completely worth every single penny.

I agree with everyone else. I have both. Use Polar when I'm working out and fitbit (Zip) for all day activity. Both are completely worth the money.

Can you eat less than 1700? yes. Should you? Not really. You were given those 1700 for a reason. Those 1100 cals may have worked for you today but I can almost certainly say that you will not be able to keep that up long term. So ask yourself where you want to be in 3 months.. 6 months.. Yo-yo dieting because you think you…

We had venison brats paired with broccoli and cheese. : ) Nothing too fancy.
-
I also tried these. It tasted like sour cream with fudge swirl. :ohwell:

I also had this moment. (it is no longer there, thank goodness!) I cried for at least two hours. My LAST one, was when I went to put on my sisters maternity jeans, and they didn't fit me. seriously. Worst. Moment. Of. My. Life.

I too, had red angry looking stretch marks covering the bottom half of my belly, and under arms. :embarassed: They have all gone now except for one that is much lower, so low that no one besides my husband will ever see it. I think the more weight you lose and the more you tone, the better looking they get. Also, who cares…

Thanks for being so darn helpful! : DD I am trying to get more protein in also!

Ok, so this is what I don't get. (My diary is open) Sometimes, I feel full on what I eat and other days I want to eat everything. But if I'm losing by eating how I am, then shouldn't that be good enough? I usually eat above 1200 but I also don't worry about my net. Should I?

As in, does it sync with android like the computer? no. not yet. I would assume our androids would be the next system they are working on!

And this, folks, is the reason why I'm a paranoid freak when my diary is open to public. :embarassed:

:drinker: :flowerforyou: Mine is ice cream. Gallon of ice cream? Don't mind if I do. Cold stone? All day every day. And nutella. I had to stop with the nutella. I can actually limit myself to a serving of ice cream, so I'm getting better. The nutella is like a jar a night.

The first 30 weeks you need to consume 300 extra calories to sustain a healthy baby. (PER) baby. So if there is twins, you need 600. I have no idea, obviously, how many babies you are going to have. After 30 weeks you need 500 extra calories. I also agree with talk to your OB. That's what they are there for.

Hello there! Please do not pay for ortho inserts! Get a good pair of shoes (asics in my opinion) and keep purchasing your drug store inserts. The drug store ones will need to be replaced every 3-6 months, so pay attention to your body. Also, to increase strength in your feet and arches I would put a tennis ball on the…

I am 5'2 and started at 205 and down to 190. hoping to get to 140s for sure! Add me all!

You can change your goal on fitbit and it will adjust your calorie deficit. I have mine as a deficit of 750. So, like today, I have walked 12,178 steps, burned 2068 calories. I have my fitbit synced with mfp (which currently is down, btw, they are HOPEFULLY trying to fix it). So, I have MFP set to 1200 calories and then…

How do you know how many calories you burn while you are driving? working? What are you using to keep track of this? I would suggest investing in a fitbit or HRM for any exercise. Also, are you doing the tdee method? There is a lot that goes in to answering this question. For myself, I have MFP set to 1200 calories, and…

[/quote] I use CostCo muffins to help maintain my weight. I'll blow out 1300 calories during my run tomorrow morning but, starting next week, I'll be running a minimum of 14 miles every Sunday so I will need to consume at least an additional 1700 calories. That's an awful lot of food for me to eat so I'm thinking there…

Yes you are! You are stronger than your craving!!
