The skinny frappe options are always good. Or I usually get an skinny iced carmel machiatto. The starbucks website has all of the nutrition info and you can add the milk you want and with or without whip. : ) You'll find something!

I think you should own your butt!! Im self conscious about my stomach when I run, but you know what? The people also running/exercising will applaud you for being awesome, and anyone who judges you should try running instead of watching people do it.

I got the Fitbit Zip. The zip is the cheapest at right around 50.00 so I thought it was worth a try. I love it. It really shows me how active (or lack there of) I am. So you just keep a calorie deficit between the food and what fitbit says? I just don't understand. So if my fitbit says throughout my day I burned 1700 cals, how many should I be eating that day?

I think sedentary or lightly active? I'm in class everyday so I just thought I wasn't really moving that much... My fitbit connects to mfp? Did I miss something?

My -20% Is also 1700cals. But I don't understand if we eat 1700 cals and also eat back our exercise calories? Or do we not eat cals back if we use TDEE? I don't understand what is going on with the TDEE stuff either.

So, I have been eating between 1200-1400 and then if something extra happens (such as out to dinner or birthday) I will let myself go up to the 2000 without being a freak about it. Im 5'2 and at 194 lbs. In order for me to lose 2lb a week MFP says 1200 cal and when I use a calculator my resting metabolism is around 1400-1500 cal.
