OK so is the whole deal of the low carb diet to stay under 20g of carbs for the day? My sugar is between 20g and 40g a day. I stay away from fruit though. I keep it to veggies, lean protein and protein supplements.

Target sells this super good flavored sparkling water that tastes better than any sugary soda. I believe it is Target brand. I just recently tried it for the first time, I gave pop up many months ago but I love carbonation, it gets me every time. I recommend trying this sparkling water with absolutely no calories :)

When my friends ask me to go to those place i say "do you know how many calories that place is???" And point out something that she eats that is high in calories. I know its mean and blunt but I find that they have stopped asking me to go to those place and they actually cut back on eating there!

Are you making sure you changing up your cardio workouts enough and that your body isn't getting into a rut that way?

You have to push yourself with the cardio, make it faster or harder or longer, if you just keep doing the same exact thing your body gets used to it so switch it up. Keep your body guessing!
