I am looking for some reviews of the SodaStream Machine. I am addicted to Dt Coke but I have gotten it down to like 1 a week which isn't back but I am always looking for that carbonation! I also want to stay away from artificial sweeteners... So if you have one, what do you make with it and how do you like the product?

Afternoon cravings
Does anyone else feel like the worst cravings come after lunch?!? I ate lunch and was extremely satisfied but now, an hour later I am craving something else. I drink plenty of water so its not thirst... I think its either gum or chocolate that I need and I am trying to give up both right now... Anyone else feel this way?

Please someone tell me why no matter what I eat I am always hungry??? I eat fiber, I eat protein, I meet my calories for the day, I eat a lot of food, why am I always hungry??? Oh and I drink PLENTY of water...
