I am looking for some reviews of the SodaStream Machine. I am addicted to Dt Coke but I have gotten it down to like 1 a week which isn't back but I am always looking for that carbonation! I also want to stay away from artificial sweeteners... So if you have one, what do you make with it and how do you like the product?

id have to go look in the kitchen to be sure, but i believe the regular sodas are half sugar, half splenda..and the diet ones are all splenda. I also use the MyWater Essence stuff from them ..basically unsweetened fruit flavors. we have done apple juice in it, but you have to be careful not to over-carbionate it, and ive done just plain water before when i wanted something fizzy but not flavored.0

I have had mine for almost a year now and I love it. My husband likes to make himself the energy drink and I make sparkling water. I tried to make sparkling green tea with it by carbonating my tea but it was epic fail results that ended with me having to clean my entire kitchen.0

We love this--I drink plain carbonated water all the time, unsweetened, and had been up to my ears in bottles to recycle. I love the sodastream and we have been using this for 2 years. The carbonated water tastes even better than what you would get in a store bought (because you can control the amount of carbonation you use).
I can't say anything about actually making sweetened soda's with it--I have never done that. But find it excellent, a money saver/time saver and recycling saver. Highly recommended.0 -
We love our Sodastream. Like ! We mostly drink it plain, although we do sometimes flavor it with juice or lemonade. We've also used the Sodastream sparkling water flavors. My kids are used to drinking "bubble water" instead of soda, so they really like it.0

I love mine. The diets are splenda, regulars have some splenda. Only the naturals would give you no artificial sweeteners but then you have to account for the calories. They do have "flavors" for the water -- orange, mint, raspberry, etc. that are okay. I carbonate the water then add fruit juice or coffee syrups for Italian sodas.0
